Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

You can request cancellation before shipment or pickup confirmation. If payment is captured, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Hardware Returns

Standard hardware purchases are eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery for defects, shipping damage, or major mismatch with the ordered specification. Open-box and custom-configured items may have limited return eligibility.

Rental Orders

Rental bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a partial charge based on preparation and logistics costs.

Services and Labor

Service fees for completed work (inspection, maintenance, repair labor) are generally non-refundable. If work scope is not delivered as agreed, contact us and we will review for partial credit or correction.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are submitted within 3 business days. Bank posting times depend on your card issuer and may take 5–10 business days.
